General Terms

Products & Pricing

• All products listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting conditions during photography.
• Shree Devi Textile reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time of placing your order.

Orders & Payment

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by Shree Devi Textile.
• We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards) and other available payment methods.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
• All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Orders received before 6 PM will be dispatched on the same working day.

User Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and while placing orders.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Shree Devi Textile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
• We are not responsible for any delay or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, etc.).
• Our total liability in any matter arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product.
