Welcome to Shree Devi Textile, where heritage and craftsmanship unite to bring you the finest Indian silk sarees. By placing an order with us from outside India, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
International Shipping Policy
At www.shreedevitextile.com, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed international courier services such as DHL and Bluedart. We'll deliver anywhere in the world which will be under corporate billing, lowest shipping cost, guaranteed.
All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of order placement. Orders received before 6 PM will get dispatched on the same working day.
For international shipments, DHL service is used at the least rate. International shipments are chargeable based on the Country and Product Weight.
Since shipping cost is not collected during order placement, customer can pay shipping charges later. If customer feels shipping charges are costly and would like to cancel the order, we can cancel the order and process full refund for the products ordered.
www.shreedevitextile.com is only responsible for safe delivery, NOT for Duty charges if your country customs request from you. If Duty charges are applicable for overvalued or bulk purchase, it must be paid by Customers ONLY.
All products will be inspected before shipment and tracking code with URL will be provided by the shipping company.
Order Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
We will be able to accept order exchange or cancellation requests any time before we ship your order. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
A full refund would not be possible in self order cancellation. 2% will be charged.
We do not accept Product Return and Refund during Aadi Festival, Diwali, Pongal, and seasonal offer products.
Retail shopping and Online shopping "Return and Refund" policy are entirely different.
Important Note
Our products can be purchased only on our website. We have not listed our products on any other website for sales. We are not responsible for third-party displays.
